Exchanges & Returns

We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 30 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
Product once used will not accept as return or exchange.
Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
Delivery Charges will not be refunded. When Customer is not paying delivery charges as per free shipping policy or paying delivery charges Rs.100 as order above Rs. 1,999/- In case of full or partial refund shipping charges will be deducted as Rs. 185/-
If Customer want company collect Return Or Exchange from his/her doorstep then Rs. 250/- will be charged As Reverse Pickup & Rs. 185 Again Delivery.
Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
All returns should be sent to 46-H2, Johar Town, Lahore
